Today’s job market is more complex than ever. In this rapidly evolving environment, adaptable, energetic, super skilled employment and career specialists are increasingly in demand to fill roles across the many agencies, training providers and outreach services operating in this space.
This qualification targets the skills sets, specialised knowledge and high-end people smarts required by those providing employment services to both job seekers and employers. It addresses the specifics of both recruitment and job seeking, supporting the development of ‘whole of sector’ knowledge.
