Whether it’s a report you need to write for your manager, a spreadsheet of all your products or managing the mountain of emails you need to action, understanding these programs will assist you to manage your workload and achieve the requirements of your role.
This course is an overview of Microsoft Office software Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Study at your own pace with a variety of training materials – pre-recorded lectures with industry professional trainers, PowerPoints, readings, short quizzes, and practical hands-on Microsoft Training.
You are able to purchase one, two or all three of the programs depending on what you need to learn.
Successful participants will receive a nationally accredited Statement of Attainment in BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Administration).
